Job Description
A Credit Controller is required to join a new international credit control team. Reporting to the Credit Manager your duties will include contacting debtors to establish payment dates, process statements and refunds for customers, maintain customer records and log customer queries, produce monthly debtor reports.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in credit control and debt collection. You must have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers. Team work is essential in this role, international credit control and advanced European language skills are essential. Experience in Oracle computer system is desirable.
