Job Description

Based in the heart of the West End, this multi-family office is currently seeking a Client Services Manager to provide dedicated support to their clients. The company itself advises Russian and CIS nationals on their International affairs with particular emphasis on those connected to the UK. They provide a comprehensive management of the family affairs of their clients including investment, legal, tax and financial advice as well as administrative support. You will be responsible for handling their client`s banking affairs (accounts, payments, transfers, credit cards), locally and internationally. Budgeting, accounting and cash reports, preparing year end returns, expense accounting and dealing with third parties in the UK (lawyers, tax authorities, support staff). To be considered for this role you must be fluent in Russian, have an accountancy background and has a strong client focus. You also need strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
