Job Description

A fund administrator is needed for a leading independent asset management group based in Central London. Reporting directly into the Head of Fund Accounting, the duties of this role are very varied and include: Maintaining the portfolio of the fund, Assisting with the production of the monthly NAV of the fund, Book all trades for the fund, Monitoring the prices of the fund and maintain marks. You will also be required to assist in any relevant project work - such as closing deals and warehouse tie-outs, effective dates etc. Candidates for this role will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and be extremely accurate with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will also be expected to have the ability to grasp the concepts of asset management and grow quickly within the organisation. Ideal candidate will have approximately one years experience from a hedge fund or background and will be educated to at least degree or A level standard. They should also have experience of working under pressure and performing portfolio reconciliations to tight deadlines.
