Job Description
Credit Controller urgently required for immediate start. An enthusiastic and self motivated Credit Controller who must have previous Credit Control experience to carry out the daily duties such chasing debt over 60 days, clearing and collecting bad debt via telephone, email and letter. The role also involves invoicing customers, opening and amending customer accounts, credit check companies, reconcile cash, chase overdue debt and deal with customer queries. Some sales invoicing may be required. This role is temporary to permanent and so will suit those immediately available or on short notice.
This Credit Controller will be adaptable with a diverse approach. A Credit Controller with a dynamic approach is required to best facilitate successful collection of debt, along with exceeding targets and reducing debtor days. You must show the ability to think on your feet and overcome objections, resolving queries in a timely manner to aid payment. The perfect Credit Controller must be immediately available or on a short notice period with good IT skills.
This Credit Controller will be joining my well known client who has been established for over 100 years. They are one of the market leaders within the manufacturing division who bring together expertise and innovation. With it's continued success and growth they are expanding their finance department. My client is ideally based in the Black Country and has both European and Asian presence. This role will become permanent for the right person.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
