Job Description
With an ever expanding client portfolio, the firm have created the new position of Corporate Finance Executive. You will be responsible for originating, structuring and delivering on a range of deals both in the UK and overseas whilst working closely with the client organisations, lawyers, PR firms, accountants and other professional bodies.
Your experience will include; exposure to corporate finance transactions particularly small-cap, first class interpersonal and document writing skills and all round financial nous. FSA compliance experience and regulatory knowledge, whilst not essential is desirable; however an appetite to grow the firm is critical. This is an opportunity that is only restricted by the degree of your ambition and ability.
