Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk required to support the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and support two junior clerks. You will get involved in all aspects of purchase ledger, accruals and prepayments, month and year end reporting and managing and motivating the team of ledger clerks.
Our Client is looking for a candidate who has a strong proven background in purchase ledger. Ideally you will have supervisor experience within a similar role or will be looking for that next step. You will be required to have good people management skills and an excellent understanding of computerised accounting systems; especially excel.
Our Client is a recognised financial organisation in the Nottingham area. Due to recent expansion they now require an additional member to their purchase ledger department. They have plans to increase Turnover by 10% in the next 12 months. Benefits include free onsite parking, bonus incentives, 25 days holiday and company pension.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
