Job Description
Currently market leaders in their field this large blue chip company based in the heart of watford is looking for an experienced accounts payable clerk to join their busy team in a project role. An ideal position for an experienced accounts payable clerk looking for something more involved than the standard role.
Reducing a substantial backlog of invoice queries.
Approaching management in order to resolve complex queries.
Obtaining authorisation for aged invoices.
Matching, batching and coding of invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Handling employee expenses.
This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting company in a high profile role. This position will involved liaising at senior levels of the business and as a result requires a confident but friendly individual not afraid to challenge staff members tactfully.
