Job Description
HR manager required to manage a HR team of 4. You will lead the HR department and manage all HR projects. You will be responsible for developing your HR team and making sure the organisation is fully compliant in all areas of HR. You will cover a multi site National area.
The successful candidate will have Graduate status of the CIPD as a minimum requirement. You will have held a previous position of HR Manager and had responsibility for a team. You will be prepared to travel when needed and will build relationships quickly with senior managers. You will have had a background in either retail/manufacturing/distribution and be of strong character. You will want to keep an operational hands on element to your role as HR Manager. You will report directly to the Operations Director.
My client is based in the West Midlands. They have a national presence in the UK and are a fast paced retail organisation. They have over 15 sites in the UK and have plans to grow this over the next five years. They have sites which are easily accessible via the motorway networks.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
