Job Description

- This is a superb opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a world class player in a highly visible and important role. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assist the Head of Compliance in reporting on risk and controls progress and results to local leadership team.
- Development of a local timetable for the completion of controls and risk within the business unit in accordance with global requirements and deadlines.
Support the identification of assessors, reviewers and testers (if required) and communicate the key messages of controls and risk management to all levels within the Business Unit.
- Support the use of the RCTS software within the business unit.
- Work with the risk management network across Scotland to ensure that required ways of working are driven into the business.
- Liaise with Global risk management team on system requirements to capture risk output.
- Monitor action plans for areas identified as marginally deficient.
- Report on risk management progress and results to local leadership team and to the global project team in line with global reporting timetable.
