Job Description
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well known business with an excellent reputation, based in the Southampton area.
Working in a small team within the accounts department you will be responsible for:
• Collecting all monies as they fall due
• Chasing overdue customers by phone, fax and letter
• Dealing with customer queries
• Maintaining accurate and up to date customer files
• Investigating and resolving credit note requests from customers
• Allocating cash
• Putting accounts on and off stop
• Monitoring accounts which are over credit limits or overdue
