Corporate Finance – Partner

We are working with one of the leading players within the corporate financing, acquisition and disposal marketplace to recruit a new and experienced Associate/Partner.

As an independent operator, our client works exclusively in small to medium sized deals advising both vendors and purchaser on all aspects of the transaction.

You will be a qualified accountant with the personal drive and ambition to manage and close your own portfolio of deals. You will be entirely comfortable liaising with the client organisation, financiers and legal teams as required. Experience of corporate finance activities is a benefit but not essential.
