In this highly autonomous role you will be reporting to the Head of HR and based at the Company's Head Office. You will provide Human Resources support and advice to a specific team of highly independent and challenging account directors. This role will incorporate HR strategy, policy design, performance management, flexible benefits and disciplinary, grievance plus managing recruitment, selection for these highly complex roles. The senior HR Advisor is an exciting opportunity in a challenging setting to provide a strategic Human Resources and Training support to a high profile client group.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD qualified Human Resources Manager looking for their next progressive career move. The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, have excellent interpersonal skills, brilliant employment law knowledge and the ability to add value to a commercially focused Human Resources team. You will be a true generalist who is confident at dealing with challenging situations and influencing highly independent individuals. You will have significant strategic human resources exposure as well.
