They are now seeking an Real Estate Investment Control Manager to be responsible for financial reporting and analysis for assigned investments. Our client has continually broken new ground in advising our clients on strategic transactions, in pioneering the global expansion of finance and capital markets, and in providing new opportunities for individual and institutional investors.
The key responsibilities for the Real Estate Investment Control Manager include:
-Coordinate with Acquisition Team on the timing of acquisition funding (see funding/distributions)
-Monitor accounting, tax return preparation and corporate governance of joint venture entities
and maintain Legend
-Maintain existing structures (e.g. rolling forward loan notes etc) for Investment Level Entities
-Work with Acquisition Team to identify any issues surrounding the deal
-Prepare quarterly reporting schedules
-Monitor cash positions for all investments and provide details of cash movement to
fund Controllers and NY Business Unit Finance Team.
-Monitor accounting, tax return preparation and corporate governance
Our client is seeking a qualified accountant with real estate or SPV fund experience.
