They are seeking a client facing tax manager who will get involved in consultancy work and take ownership of client relations and build on their already solid knowledge.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence of the majority of the following skills and experience:

• Be qualified CTA with ACA or ATT. Ideally with first time passes. STEP and/or financial planning qualifications would also be an advantage.
• Up to date knowledge of UK Personal Tax.
• A background in personal tax, corporate tax (owner managed businesses) or transactional tax.
• The ability to work under their own initiative and as an integral part of a close team.
• The ability to delegate to various levels of junior staff
• The role is a client-facing role and therefore excellent communication skills are expected.
• The manager will also be expected to liaise directly with Partners and Directors
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage their own portfolio of clients.
