Job Description
Our client is a large UK bank with global connections. They are a household name that has gone through some exciting changes in the recent past and is now moving on to even greater and better things in the world of financial services. Due to this healthy expansion, they are currently looking to grow their audit team by recruiting at all levels. A unique opportunity for auditors with financial services experience to be part of a dynamic organisation and to gain wide knowledge and experience in all aspects of banking.
The successful candidates' primary focus will be to lead independent audit reviews, conduct assessments of management and to control the risks in the Group's business area.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Leading audits and contributing to audits as directed by more senior auditors when required
- Contributing to findings and recommendations on the business areas, systems and procedures being reviewed
- Assisting in feedback processes and following-up on reported audit findings
- Implementing audit methodology, standards and guidelines across key audit processes.
- Being accountable for the learning and personal development of Junior Auditors
