This is an excellent opportunity to join an international training company, based in Leatherhead. Our client requires a Management Accountant to carry out the following duties: Monthly departmental expense reporting and variance analysis, expense accruals and prepayments, direct cost accounting and analysis, Gross Margin reporting and analysis, control of fixed assets, including coordinating regular physical checks and calculation and recording of depreciation, monthly reconciliation of specific G/L accounts, assistance with the preparation of the monthly payroll, including the preparation of journals and reporting to the Inland Revenue, maintenance of accurate VAT records and the timely submission of quarterly returns and payments, Intrastat reporting, review and approval of accounts payable coding and batches, periodic support to the Accounts Payable department during periods of holiday cover and ad hoc duties as defined by Senior Financial Accountant.

Qualifications:

Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA

The ideal candidate must have had at least five years experience working in a commercial environment and will be team player, excellent communicator, be able to adapt to change and stick to strict deadlines.
