Job Profile
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join this leading law firm based in Liverpool, Merseyside. You will work with an existing client base and actively assist with the development of new business. You will act for a broad range of clients, providing advice on areas including probate, trusts and wills. You will be required to deal with Will drafting and inheritance tax planning, Estate administration, Lasting powers of attorney, Court of protection and Deputyship applications, Issues affecting the elderly and Trust law and administration.

Applicant Requirements
We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 5+ years post qualified experience (PQE); however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. Prospective applicants will be a Solicitor with substantial experience within Private Client work. You must have a strong working knowledge of wills, probate, tax and trusts, with a proven track record in establishing and developing client working relationships. You must be self-motivated, strong team player, excellent communicators, and possess first class organisational skills and keen to get involved in marketing/business development.
