Our Client is a leading Irish financial services firm. Due to continued growth and expansion our Client is now seeking to recruit a Senior Lending Manager to join their existing team of professionals.

Requirements
Senior Lending Managers are required to be proactive in identifying, developing and maintaining new business relationships. To be able to meet lending targets by actively managing a portfolio of clients and maximising on all opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Management of client portfolio and the development of relationships with new/existing clients and business introducers.
  • To develop and maintain lasting relationships with client base with a view to securing additional business and capacity to identify opportunities for additional multi-product selling of all Bank products.
  • Dedicated to achieving high-level targets, ability to maximise sales potential with a pro-active approach to business development.
  • Proactive networking to ensure introduction of significant new client base to increase the loan book.

 

The Individual

  • Must have experience in Lending/Banking.
  • Dedicated to the overall business development strategy of the bank.
  • Excellent numerical and verbal analysis skills.
  • Display personal commitment, effort, motivation and initiative in all business dealings.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and individuals.
