Job Description
Middle Office Portfolio Administrator
Our client is an investment management company formed in 2002 by a team of international banking experts in the Irish market. At the moment it currently employs 25 people and the business plan includes growth to 50 people over the next three years. Funds of the type managed by are known as CLO funds. A CLO fund is a rated, regulated fund formed specifically to invest in European leveraged loans. Investors in such CLO funds include blue-chip pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers and banks.
Opportunity
Working as part of the Funds Management team, this role is in the middle office which among other things has responsibility for fund administration, fund and cash management and investor relations.
The initial responsibilities include:
- Maintaining all accounting records on the fund management system
- Completing all cash, asset and interest accrual reconciliations to the Collateral Administrator
- Providing the custodian with all trade settlement details and ensuring trades settle properly
- Understanding the funds’ offering Circulars, in particular the investment rules and covenants
- The candidate should have some of the following requirements:
- Be a graduate with good academics
- Have good skills in excel
- Be mature, organised and hard working – a good attitude and personality is critical.

Remuneration
Salary: €30K – €35K + bonus + package
