Job Description
Service Charge Manager is required for a new and exciting opportunity with my client. As the service charge manager you will control the service charge closure process, the internal audit process as well as the service charge reconciliation process. You will issue management reports to senior charge accountants as well as working in a small team to improve procedures across the Birmingham operation.
As the successful candidate you will have experience within a similar property sector role in particular property commercial accounting. You will have excellent previous client exposure with strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be keen to join the rapidly growing Birmingham operation of a leading global organisation.
