Job Description
HR Advisor required to work with a HR team of 4. You will report into the Head of HR. You will be responsible for large numbers of employees and be responsible for a generalist HR Advisor role. Responsibilities will include disciplinary and grievance procedures, recruitment, absence management and performance management. You will be the first point of call for HR advice and will see case work through form start to finish.
You will ideally hold Graduate of the CIPD and have held a position of HR Advisor/Officer previously. You will want to be part of a team and be able to deal with a very transactional role. You will have excellent organsiational skills and manage change effectively. You will have an approachable manner.
My client is based in the West Midlands. They are a well established organisation undergoing positive change. They offer a fantastic benefits package and are ideally located and easily accessible. My client is looking for a HR advisor who is able to hit the ground running in a generalist advisory position.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
