Job Description
Finance Manager required to provide financial and budget planning, analysis and management across this key contract. In particular the preparation of operational budgets for contracts, preparing Monthly Contract Trading results and playing a key role in the implementation, continual improvement and management of financial controls and processes across the site, including occasional auditing duties. To assist the Facilities Director, in all financial and day-to-day commercial matters associated with the contract.
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) ideally with previous facilities management experience or a track record of success in supporting a major business contract, Business Unit or region and/or providing support to a professional function. You will also have previous people management and development experience.
