Job Description
Purchasing Assistant required working Part time approx 25 hours per week. My client are based in central Telford region. There is onsite parking available. Working as part of a small friendly finance team your duties will involve inputting accurate invoice information onto system processing high volumes of invoices accurately and quickly. Also you will be required to code and matching invoices and deal with any queries regarding the invoices leasing with suppliers both over the telephone and via email.
A confident and friendly person required to join my clients team preferably with some experience of Purchasing although not essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills with a good understanding of financial accounting systems and excel.
My client is a very successful manufacturing business based in the Central Telford region. they offer modern working offices with onsite parking a the opportunity to join a very friendly finance team. The position will be part time ideally 25 hours per week Mon - Friday 9.30am - 3.00pm
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
