Job Description

Purchase Ledger is required to join a rapidly expanding purchase ledger department. Duties will include day to day processing of purchase invoices, coding of purchase invoices, reviewing and authorizing of purchase invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, payment runs communicating with internal and external customers, supplier query resolution. This position is a great starting point for anyone pursuing a career in finance. Good computer knowledge, good communication skills, good numeric and knowledge of excel are essential.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and personable with previous experience within purchase ledger. You should be familiar with multitasking and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience of dealing with supplier statements and query resolution is desirable and therefore good communication skills essential.
