Job Description
The role will involve recovering debts via phone, letter and fax working to agreed KPI's. Being responsible for your own accounts you should be able to form excellent working client relationships. You will also be responsible for allocating cash and raising credit notes using the companies bespoke system. You may also be required to supervise the team in the absence of the Credit Control Manager.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Credit Controller with proven experience of working to KPI's. Due to the account management style of the company you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to form excellent client relationships. Good IT skills and ability to work on your own initiative are required. Experience of working to deadlines is essential.
