Job Profile
Pure management role with a diminishing portfolio of technical commercial property claims. You will be responsible for a team of 9 adjusters and deal with all aspects of people and process management. You will be home based and have full IT access to the region and team performance. The team is spread throughout the Brighton to Southampton area. Excellent opportunity to specialise in adjuster management.

Applicant Requirements
The ideal is to appoint someone who has existing experience of managing and external team of claims investigators although there is some scope to recruit someone with a claims managers background. As the emphasis is on management, the key is to have at least some exposure to this in order to be considered.
