As one of the Sunday Times '20 Best Big Companies to Work For', our client is a reputable Mortgage Administration Company and a subsidiary of the Britannia Building Society. Located in the heart of Plymouth's city centre, they are renowned for service excellence. They are now looking to recruit a Business Analyst.
Joining the Business Excellence Team, as a Business Analyst you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team to provide a source of expertise to support the successful delivery of business change initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work with a multi-skilled team, with responsibilities including:
- providing in-depth, expert advice and guidance on business process modelling
- gathering, analysing and documenting requirements from key stakeholders, customers and the business
- creating or contributing to business cases and benefits realisation plans and implementing proposed business enhancements
- line managing business analyst resources and providing a coaching environment
To succeed in this role you must be an experienced Business Analyst, with experience or qualifications in industry standard business modelling tools and techniques.
Additionally, along with your flexible and pro-active approach, you should have good communication and presentation skills, and the ability to respond positively to a dynamic and changing environment.
