Candidates should be commercially aware and familiar with modern approaches to internal audit.Your experience to date in either industry or public practice will have seen you plan , undertake and complete a range of audit assignments looking at risk , financial and operational issues . In addition you will be used to challenging business colleagues on your findings and supporting in driving through necessary improvements. You must be capable of making the link between risk exposure and business impact and have a strong analytical ability to make informed decisions. Your professional and accountable nature will be coupled with your ability to dig into the detail without loosing sight of the bigger picture.
