Job Profile
Large commercial law firm is currently seeking 2 experienced Paralegals to join their Health Claims Department dealing with COPD claims. The role will involve dealing with protected party cases, individual disputes, applications, assisting senior associates as and when required, sending emails to the other side and client and attending Court Hearings (outside of Sheffield) for several days at a time. Our client is seeking one temporary (9 month contract) and one permanent Paralegal. Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience.

Applicant Requirements
It is essential candidates possess previous Paralegal experience within Industrial Disease gained within a commercial law firm. COPD experience is desirable. You will be a very competent individual with current CPR knowledge. Excellent team working and client care skills are essential.

International firm of solicitors with large practice in the City Centre. Most areas of commercial law are dealt with including Commercial Property and Personal Injury (Defendant). Car parking is provided and office is close to train station and tram/bus routes.
