Job Description

Property Accountant required to join a global property business based in Birmingham. This is an exciting role where you will manage a portfolio of their key clients and deliver a first class financial analysis and financial reporting service. This role will give the successful candidate a chance to enhance their technical accounting skills whilst also developing relationship[p building skills with their clients and the non-finance community.
To be considered for this role you must have previous property or client accounting experience. You will be a part qualified accountant currently studying a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA). You will have assisted in the production of property management accounts as well as having previous variance analysis experience.
