Job Description

Senior Payroller required for Responsibility of 3 - 4 branches with the administration of approx 280 candidates, Set up and processing of approx 30 new starters and leavers per week, Holiday pay requests, Amendments to pay, P45 Requests, Timesheets and Limited Company invoices, Printing of all faxed Payroll information from Xtrax, Branch and candidate query management, Completion of HMRC Tax forms and enquiries as required, Scanning, filing and archiving of all processed Payroll information, Production and transmission of a weekly payroll of 3000 candidates, Training of team members.
You will have previous experience of running a large volume payroll and have worked to tight deadlines and be able to resolve high volumes efficiently. You will be an accurate, methodical worker and be able to communicate at all levels.
A large, international recruitment organisation based near Birmingham Airport and the NEC. There is car parking available on site and hours are 9am - 5pm with a 5.30pm finish every 2 months. You will report to the weekly team leader.
