Job Description
Employee Development Manager required to report directly into the HR Director. This is a permanent role with the possibility of contract/temporary to permanent position. You will be responsible for the design development and management of effective learning solutions and programmes across the UK division. You will be responsible for integrating talent management solutions and designing and executing a comprehensive programme for the recruitment and development of graduate intakes. You will support high potential employees through career planning and personal development programmes.
You will have a proven background in training and development with relevant CIPD or training qualifications. you will be able to demonstrate experience of design and delivery senior leadership programs. It will be beneficial to have a generalist background as form time to time you will get involved in some generalist project work. You will be driven, confident and outgoing in person. You will have either an aerospace, engineering, rail or automotive background.
