Job Description

URGENTLY REQUIRE A PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK!!!! FOR IMMEDIATE START!! required for a busy Purchase Ledger department within the Oldham area. Duties will include matching, batching and coding of invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements, handling supplier queries and processing the Purchase Ledger payment runs. Dealing with expenses and petty cash. You will also be required to assist all other Purchase Ledger duties within the department. This position will be going from temporary to permanent as well
You must have relevant experience working within a busy Purchase Ledger department running the process right through. You need to be organised and be able to priorities your workload effectively. A good telephone manner is essential. You will have experience working on a computerised accounting package and be able to use excel spreadsheets
My client is a small to medium size company within the Oldham area close to the centre, easy access to public transport.
