Job Profile
A new vacancy has arisen for a Financial Planning Administrator to join an expanding financial services organisation based in Sutton Coldfield. You will provide a market leading service in a customer focused, efficient, compliant and cost effective environment. You will prepare files for client review meetings, research and gather policy information. You will liaise daily with clients and product providers and prepare a variety of reports and summaries. You will produce valuations and chase commissions and fees. Input data accurately onto the internet database. You will build relationships with life offices, other team members and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring stationery levels are maintained.

Applicant Requirements
Applicants applying for this vacancy must have experience of a similar role within an IFA environment. Hold the FPC or equivalent is desirable but not essential. You must have knowledge of industry products and experience of 1st software system an advantage. You will have good written and oral communication skills together with good analytical and numerical skills. Together with a salary between 17k to 20k dependent upon experience you will receive a pension, DIS, IPI, CIC and 25 days holiday.
