Job Profile
An experienced Personal Injury/Regulatory Solicitor is required to join a prestigious, busy legal practice with offices in Southampton. You will enjoy the variety of having your own PI caseload, whilst assisting a Partner with regulatory work which includes health and safety, road transport and environmental work. You will be handling a mixed caseload comprising of defendant and claimant work, working directly to one of the partners, applicants will show a willingness to become involved in day to day marketing, development and expansion of the team. The work is technically demanding and requires good communication and client contact skills.

Applicant Requirements
Applicants applying for this vacancy must have strong advocacy skills and have experience in Court. You will be capable of working on a broad spectrum of matters and be sufficiently adaptable to enjoy the variety and demands that this brings. You will have broad experience of claimant work, employers liability and public liability and a high level of technical expertise.
