Job Profile
Regional role operating in the North & West London as well as the surrounding Counties. The role will involve the investigation and settlement of project managed subsidence claims across both domestic and commercial properties. You will be liaising with insured, insurer, builders and other specialists to ensure the smoothest and best quality settlement. There is some administrative and technical support available through the regional office.

Applicant Requirements
The client is looking for an individual with the specialist qualification of MICE, MIStructE or MRICS, along with a working knowledge of Subsidence claims. You need to reside in an around the target geographical area. There is some scope to consider someone who is part qualified towards these key qualifications.
