Job Profile
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join this well-established law firm based in Nottingham. You will handle a caseload of Corporate issues including corporate Transactions, start-ups, funding, joint ventures and acquisitions and disposals. More than half the client base in the corporate transactions practice group is made up of small to medium sized, privately owned companies. The firm also act for a number of multinational and UK listed companies.

Applicant Requirements
You will be a Corporate Solicitor experienced in managing your own caseload of files with minimal levels of supervision. You will have excellent technical skills gained within a mainstream corporate department and will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of achievement. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work alone as well as being team players. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential as is a keen eye for detail.
