Job Profile
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Solicitor/Partner to join this expanding law firm based in Reading, Berkshire. You will work with some of the UK’s most successful property developers across a complete range of transactions including acquisitions, joint venture loan agreements and collaboration agreements, funding and mezzanine funding arrangements, disposals, option agreements and conditional contracts. You will be required to deal with planning agreements, planning appeals and disputes, infrastructure and ancillary agreements and strategic and general planning advice.
Applicant Requirements
Prospective applicants will experienced Property Solicitors and must have acted without supervision for developers on substantial 2 million plus acquisitions of residential and/or commercial developments sites or, ideally in respect of planning disputes, appeals, section 106 and other infrastructure agreements on similar sized developments. The ideal applicant will have close relationships with a number of land directors of local, regional and national developers and owner managed developers and developer clients in general. Ideally you will have a client following and either have a proven track record and established client base in either or both of these fields. Applicants will be committed to becoming part of the existing team and its ongoing development, along with strong commitment to delivering quality service and be able to juggle the demands of a heavy workload.
