Job Profile
An experienced Property Litigation Solicitor is required to join an expanding Commercial Department at this prestigious, busy legal practice with offices in Southampton. You will be required to assist with the current workload and the further development of this practice area, managing your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion. Additionally you will be required to build strong client relations. You will meet client’s expectations and provided the service they require. You must be able to manage own caseload with minimum supervision.

Applicant Requirements
Applicants applying for this vacancy must be willing to specialise in this area and will ideally have experience in both commercial and residential property litigation. You will have the ability to process a large or complex caseload effectively and efficiently. You will have a knowledge of law, legal precedents, practice and procedure to include advocacy. Strong IT skills are essential.
