Job Profile
Graduate Trainee Insurance Broker sought to develop skills to become a qualified Insurance Broker and to support the company’s business/client portfolio in achieving agreed personal targets and objectives. Undertaking the Trainee Broker Development Programme with the aim of becoming a Broker within a 2-year period, the role will involve completing Training Record Sheets, liaising with Team Leader and Brokers within team and under supervision taking responsibility for allocated clients. Duties will also include providing support and assistance to the Team Leader and team members and other teams when required, and reporting to the Team Leader and/or a Director on competition and related issues.

Candidates must possess the relevant educational qualifications (degree level), the ability to learn, enthusiasm, business awareness and technical knowledge. Abilities also sought include excellent written and verbal communication skills, personal development, problem-solving, teamwork, ability to embrace change, planning and organising skills and time management.
