Job Description
Managing the corporation tax (CT) compliance cycle including responsibility for tax computation & return preparation and submission, payment notifications and control lists to monitor deadlines.
· Ensuring that CT compliance work is effectively controlled·
Managing liaison with audit/accounts department including planning meetings and sign off of audit files.
· Providing technical support and training to existing staff·
Prepare for and contribute effectively to Personal Development Meetings for self and others.
. Developing new, and expanding on existing, direct personal relationships between the CT compliance function and clients.
· Liaising with existing tax managers and other offices.
· WIP management for CT compliance work and assisting portfolio holders with fee production.
· Assisting with enquiries into CT returns and computations.
· Regularly monitoring and reviewing systems to assist with the above.
