Job Description

Phenomenal opportunity to join the real estate and property fund management arm of this global investment banking organisation. Based in the West End and servicing a varied portfolio of Property Funds, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen fund accountant to assist the management and reporting on an established property portfolio. Supporting the Financial and Management accountants, the responsibilities will include production of monthly reports and investigation of variances, overseeing the outsourced fund accounting and assisting with ad hoc projects. The successful candidate will be a part-qualified accountant with a background in property or real estate accounting with an inquiring, analytical mind, have strong excel skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
