Operations Trainer required to support the HR department, providing a high quality and professional training service to the business. You will be responsible for delivering new employee training, providing advice and guidance related to systems and in store procedures, plan and develop new and existing training and development activities to suit the needs of the business, training needs analysis for the organisation and address development needs and assist with the succession planning for the business. You will be flexible in your approach to work and open to travel, staying away from home when necessary. Your organisational skills will be second to none.
My client is a fast growing industry covering 4 regions in the UK. They plan to continue this growth by acquisition and new start ups over the next five years.
