Job Description
A newly created opportunity has arisen for an experience HR Advisor at this growing business in Liverpool. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will design and implement HR procedures, assist with the co-ordination of recruitment and training and development, promote best practice health and safety policies and undertake ad hoc HR project work. You will also provide strategic recruitment plans to hiring managers
The ideal candidate must be fully qualified CIPD with a proven track record in a HR and recruitment environment. A background in a start up situation would be advantageous but not essential. You must fully conversant with HR procedures, possess strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and have a full clean driving licence.
My client is a rapidly growing business within the service sector in Liverpool. Their current turnover is approximately 30m which is set to double over the next 5 years. This is a newly created position as the business builds up their HR department.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
