Job Description
To undertake collections on accounts in line with the Company Policy, utilising the telephone, computerised statements and letters. To ensure that all telephone collections are undertaken on a priority basis and that customer contact is recorded on the computerised debt collection system.
The successful candidate will ideally meet the following criteria: Have previous credit control experience, ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, IT literate, a strong team player and attention to detail.
