Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious qualified accountant to join this company as the Financial Controller. Your role will be to support the Finance Director in the smooth running of the accounts department. Key facets of this role will be financial reporting, project work, gross margin analysis, KPI reporting and team management.
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of both financial and management accounting. You must also have experience of managing a team within a finance role. You must have strong attention to detail and be highly numerate. Analytical skills are also essential.
My client, one of the largest engineering/service companies in the area, and are offering a great opportunity to help head up their accounts team. Due to continued expansion this role has become available to work closely with the Finance Director and my client is looking for an individual who can progress in the role and move upwards through the company. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
