Job Description
Credit Controllers required for a rapidly expanding department based in Leicester. You will be responsible for working from an aged debtor ledger chasing outstanding payment wherever possible by telephone, email and letter. Query resolution is a key aspect within this role.
This credit controller is one who potentially has worked within more of a call centre environment this is a large ledger with a number of live accounts so you must be someone who can be proactive, pick up the phone and collect the cash. You should have a confident telephone manner.
