This successful Multi Strategy Alternative Investment House based in Central Geneva with offices in Singapore and Luxemburg, currently experiencing massive natural growth, they now seek to recruit an individual who will sit within the trading floor

The role :

The main function of this trade support role is to ensure that all of products traded by the desks in London & Singapore are entered, checked and validated in the trade capture system, Sophis.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reconcile trades
• Confirm / capture / validate trades - ranging from plain vanilla to exotic.
• Book covering FX positions
• Constantly monitor current positions for upcoming events such as futures/option expiries
• Review structured trade bookings to establish correct cash settlement positions
• Monitor and action queries from front and middle office
• Basic understanding of the front to back workflow
• Identify and eliminate Operational risks.
• Resolve and escalate issues when necessary through clear communication
• Consistently challenge the current operating environment to establish optimal efficiency and control
• Strong and effective communications skills.
• Accurate, thorough and highly responsible with a good attention to detail.
