A Private Investment Office based in the West End is looking to recruit an experienced individual to work as a Global Equity Analyst. The candidate will research and identify investment opportunities for a Long Short Global Equity Fund.

The analyst will carry out buy-side research:

- Maintaining a high level of coverage on a variety of companies from various sectors and regions
- Research stock ideas based on in-depth analysis using a range of quantitative and qualitative methods
- Analyse market and industry dynamics
- Contribute to develop company valuation and industry trend models
- Prepare written notes and presentations

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Minimum of 5 years experience gained either at a top tier Sell side or Buy side institution
- Strong Financial Modeling skills - advanced excel
- Previous experience covering global equities
- A proven broad track record
- Full or part CFA qualification
- Ability to clearly communicate the ideas
- Strong team skills but also be a proactive self-starter
- Additional local language skills would be useful
