Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to head up the Premium Sales team for one of the leading UK’s Fund Managers, managing relationships with their high net worth client base.
The Premium Service is a premium quality sales and client relationship service offered to high net worth clients. The team is dedicated to the development of the high net worth client base and providing these premium clients with a high level of service.
The Manager of Premium Service and Investor Centre manages a team of three – the Investor Centre Office Supervisor and two Client Account Managers who together form the Premium Service Team.
One of the key focus’ of the role is to maintain and build the development of the high net worth channel – including client and product development, service enhancements, sales management and marketing.

Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven and proactive financial service experience in sales/service environment – preferably retail
• Strong product and industry knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Proven presentation skills, experienced ‘public speaker’
• Motivational, pro-active team leader
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
